This Holiday season I find myself as busy as ever! Traveling to visit family and working around everyone’s schedules gets increasingly challenging toward the end of the year.


Seeing as fitness is my passion and my career, my days are usually centered around my workouts. From sunrise to sunset, I am on the go helping other people reach their goals and pushing myself to do my best every day. Missing my personal sweat session leads me to be more irritable, lethargic, and more likely to put other things off which leads to total disorganization.


Whether you are looking for a way to stay in shape this holiday season or you are looking for a reason to get started, I’m here to tell you the secret to the absolute best 10 minute workout.


It really is simple - all you have to do is…exercise!


Lace up your sneakers and run outside for 10 minutes, set a timer and do 10 minutes of bodyweight exercises before you get ready in the morning, or take a 10 minute break after work to do something to work up a quick sweat.


Doing any form of physical activity that increases your heart rate will release endorphins and help you to clear your mind. When your schedule gets busy, your health doesn’t have to suffer. You may even find that 10 minutes leads to 15 and by the new year you will already be a step ahead of where you planned.
