The bridge is one of the best exercises you can do every day to awaken and strengthen your glutes. So, besides getting a stronger core, you’ll end up having a nicer butt.

Lay down flat on your back, with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Extend your arms out to your side and find neutral pelvis. Push your hips off the floor with your heels, as high as you can as long as you keep your pelvis neutral. Concentrate on keeping the glutes squeezed, as you bring your hips down and up again.
