If you don’t know where to start, reach out to others on social media for book recommendations and even ask someone to join you, hold you accountable, and discuss what you’ve read. You can even team up with your children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews for their summer reading challenges and make it a family habit. Books are superfood for our brains, so get reading!
