But perhaps, your spine is not used to move in a certain way. Your body might not be ready for that exercise, and it results in muscular tension.

A great way to get your spine ready for action is our Low Back Tension Release:



People with chronic low back pain may feel tightness when moving their spine away from the neutral position.

This unloaded position allows the spine to move through its full range of motion while using the band as feedback to make sure the lower region of the spine is moving correctly.

Try 25 reps with the band, then 25 reps replicating the movement without the band.
